Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking an experienced HR / OD Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in strengthening people practices through effective Organizational Development, Performance Management, and HR Operations, aligned with the Trust’s mission and values.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Work closely with departments to review and update Job Descriptions, organizational structures, and workflow processes
Support and coordinate the performance management cycle, ensuring KPIs are monitored and fairly assessed
Identify training needs and facilitate internal and external learning & development programs
Oversee HR operations including HRIS management, policy compliance, employee relations, and engagement initiatives

🔹 Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
📌 Hands-on experience in HR Generalist or Organizational Development roles
📊 Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint, with good analytical skills
🗣 Excellent communication skills with high integrity and confidentiality
⚡ Proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset
