Assistant Manager – Performance Management

Location

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

Cycle Management: Execute and oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle.
System Development: Implement KPIs, appraisal frameworks, and performance tracking systems.
Support & Mentorship: Guide managers and staff through goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
Data Analytics: Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Talent Strategy: Assist in succession planning, talent reviews, and development initiatives.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in HR or Performance Management (Pharma/Healthcare sector experience preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Skills: Strong analytical reporting, stakeholder management, and proficiency in HRIS tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 125,000 per month
