The Maddex is looking for a trend-aware and AI-savvy Graphic Designer to create engaging, high-quality visuals for blogs, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

### 🔹 Position Details

Role: Associate, Graphic Designer

Work Mode: Remote (Full-time)

Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)

### 🧩 Job Responsibilities

• Design blog featured images, infographics, and supporting content graphics

• Create visuals for social media, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns

• Develop creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals

• Enhance long-form blog content to improve readability and dwell time

• Use AI tools to speed up concept creation, mockups, and design variations

• Maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms

• Revise and optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

### ✅ Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in graphic design (agency or digital marketing experience is a plus)

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, blog visuals, and branding work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy

• Basic understanding of SEO content structure and digital marketing principles

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

### ⭐ Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.)

• Motion graphics or light video editing experience

• Understanding of social media trends and performance-driven creatives
