📍 Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan

Dawat-e-Islami is seeking a dedicated and well-organized Accounts & Administration Officer to manage campus-level accounts, administration, and student coordination in a structured and professional environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Campus fee collection, records & reconciliation

• Maintain debtors/creditors with aging analysis

• Petty cash control, stock management & periodic audits

• Fixed assets management & GL reconciliation

• Assist in budgeting, project planning & reporting

• Ensure compliance with internal controls

• Student coordination: attendance follow-up, absence calls, homework follow-up & call logs

• Liaison with campus management and staff

• Perform any other assigned duties

✅ Requirements

• B.Com degree

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Basic accounting & administrative knowledge

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Good communication & follow-up skills

• Organized, responsible & disciplined
