🔹 Position Overview

We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Recruitment to support the HR team in end-to-end hiring activities and talent acquisition initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling)
Post job ads on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Assist in employer branding and talent pool development

🔹 Requirements

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals (plus)
Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
