Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator for its International Affairs Office.

The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination between Head Office and regional offices.

• Manage day-to-day office and administrative operations

• Coordinate with Head Office, Country Offices & Subcontinent Offices

• Maintain attendance, travel expenses, and payroll coordination

• Organize and manage official data, documentation, and reports

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, International Relations, or relevant field)

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Male candidates only

• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)

• Far East or Bangla language proficiency is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Microsoft & AI tools (Teams, Gmail, ChatGPT, etc.)

• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
